The Sponsorship Program at Jatson Chumig School
Children are brought to us by family, friends or relatives who can no longer look after them, and our current number of students is 145. With each passing day, more children seek admission into JCWSS and we are finding it increasingly difficult to cover the rising costs of educating and caring for them all. There are currently 55 children waiting for admission to JCWSS, however, we do not have the dormitory space to accommodate these children and cannot financially support them...just yet.
Our annual operating costs for the entire orphanage and school is $88,000 USD. A sum of $50 would sponsor a child for one month while a $600 donation will sponsor one child for one full year! This money covers the costs of housing, food, clothing, complete education fees including teacher fees and house mother's salaries. Please consider a full sponsorship of $600 USD.
