We just spent the weekend at MissionWorks Conference and I am so happy to have learned about Jatson Chumig and am excited to know that we will be a a part of your future. I am confident that Jatson Chumig will have a beautiful new dormitory built for the girls. What an incredible presentation you made and my family and my church are strongly supporting this worldwide mission. God bless you and God bless the children of Jatson Chumig.

Congratulations to Jatson Chumig -and all the supporters and donors- who made it possible to reach their Matching Challenge and succeed. The children will have a better year which creates a better life for everyone. Also, I think your anonymous donor who matched everyone''s pledges/donations is a wonderful person and will have good karma. These people have done good things for other people, especially for children. I think this program is special and all good people should help Jatson Chumig. We have and we happen to be one of the anonymous names on the list.

Your website is beautiful and tells such a compelling story. THE JATSON STORY is something that everyone should see and if possible, make their own contribution to help make these childrens dreams come true. In a world filled with bitterness or sorrow, it is wonderful knowing that these children who call Jatson Chumig ~ home ~ can have their story told to the world. They are an example for all of us ... YOU CAN HAVE NOTHING AND BE CONTENT AS YOU SHARE YOUR HAPPINESS WITH THE WORLD. May Jatson Chumig continue to be the *star* these children see at night and may the world reach out to you to help these blessed children.

Dear Jatson Chumig, The children in your pictures and video look so happy. How is this so if this is an orphanage? Should not children be sad if they live in an orphanage? This I do not know, but watching these children, makes me feel like it must be a wonderful place they live. Maybe the children look so happy because they are loved by those taking care of them. This is a place I want to visit! I hope to come and I would like to work with these children. It seems like many people cry for Tibet, but these children seem to laugh and enjoy life! What a wonderful place to live and be so happy.

On June 21, 2008 - Jatson Chumig presented "A Night in Tibet" to the people of San Francisco. It was an incredible event and great job by Leticia and Brian, who did a fabulous job presenting Tibet and the children of Jatson Chumig. We thank you for showing us something we never really knew much about. The children of Jatson, who have so little and have given the world so much. I was happy to have bought some raffle tickets and to have made a donation. This school and orphanage should be on the news everywhere and their message should be heard by all. Thank you Leticia & Brian and Jatson Chumig for bringing a little piece of Tibet to San Francisco, CA.

I have just spent much time on your website and read all your news. I think JatsonChumig is an excellent place for children. More programs around the world should be like this one, i thik many problems in that part of the world could better themselvs if they looked at this school and be more like it. Taking care of children and teaching children are most important and you doing excellent job, you should keep doing this and many countries should help you do this better and maybe your school could be in other countries helping those people. they should copy you because JatsonChumig is a very good place in this world. You are blessed

My name is Laura Conklin, I volunteered for 6 weeks in the summer of 2006- with Lisa Fitzpatrick(hi!) I have been regularly checking up on the website and trying to contact Tenzin at times. I have lectured at my college and other places as fundraisers and awareness events to let people know the importance of this school, and Tibet itself. Currently, while working with children at the Boys & Girls Club where I live, I am putting together a fundraising event to hopefully fulfill some things on the wishlist! With all the crazy news, now seems like a perfect time to draw people in. Good Luck and good job on the accomplishments & additions to Jatson so far. I miss the kids, even two years and so many miles away, they are always in my heart. I keep items from tibet and the workshop and pics of the kids nearby at all times, one day I hope to return & do more for them!

Dear Jatson Chumig, We are sending packages as gifts and we were hoping if you can post a picture of Tsedikyi. We would really appreciate it!

Dear Jatson Chumig, I get a strong beat in my heart everytime I look on this site and see those beautiful children. I have vivid memories of my teaching time there, which was last October 2007. Even though I am worlds away on another continent in South America, those faces reach out and grab me so strongly. Even though my partner and I only taught there for a month it was one of the best of my life, spending time each day with people who really love and appreciate the small things in life has opened my western eyes. I left Lhasa with a heavy heart knowing that I can''t see them anymore, I think that we too have gotten alot from them as they have us just by teaching them some English language. I say a huge thank you to Tenzin for always being there and allowing us to find our place there at Jatson Chumig, and those children too for letting us into their lives for a small while. When I see their pictures here on the internet, I want to put myself again at Jatson to spend time there laughing and talking and playing games. I can only wish one day that they know just how much they are loved by the many people they touch so they have the confidence to follow their hearts.

I loved your newsletter and reading about how happy and thankful the children are. This sounds like a very nice place and my parents and I are planing to visit Tibet this summer. When we do, we will find your school. Until then, my plan is to help you by telling my friends about Jatson Chumig School and making my donation. I hope it helps.

Having visited India & Tibet several years back, I know first hand how very important facilities like this one are to the local communities. I can only make a small donation now, but I know even small ones become big when added together - even more so when someone/someplace is doubling what is donated. A Christmas gift to myself! Peace to all.
